All visual depictions displayed on this website are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because they do not consist of depictions of conduct as listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i) through (iv), or because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995, or ERM VIDEO is otherwise exempt as a secondary producer or distributor of content in accordance with applicable law.
ERM VIDEO does not act as the primary producer of third-party content uploaded to or embedded on this platform. Where content is supplied by third parties, the respective content provider is solely responsible for maintaining all records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and for verifying that all performers depicted are at least 18 years of age at the time of production.
ERM VIDEO requires that all uploaded content complies with applicable laws. We do not knowingly publish content involving minors or content that violates record-keeping obligations. Any such material discovered on this site will be removed immediately upon notice.

Records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the custodian of records and are available for inspection by authorized law enforcement or regulatory officials during regular business hours upon reasonable notice.
18 U.S.C. § 2257 — Summary of the Law
18 U.S.C. § 2257 is a United States federal statute that requires producers of certain sexually explicit visual depictions to create and maintain records proving that every performer portrayed was at least 18 years of age at the time the depiction was created.
Under this law, covered producers must generally:
- Obtain and maintain a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification for each performer
- Maintain records showing the legal name and date of birth of each performer
- Keep records of the date of original production of the depiction
- Designate a custodian of records responsible for maintaining and providing access to these records
- Affix a prescribed label to copies of the material indicating where records are located
The law applies to primary producers and, in certain circumstances, to secondary producers who reproduce or distribute such material for commercial purposes within the United States. Violations may result in criminal penalties, including fines and imprisonment.

Any person who produces any book, magazine, periodical, film, videotape, digital image, digitally- or computer-manipulated image of an actual human being, picture, or other matter which contains one or more visual depictions made after November 1, 1990, of actual sexually explicit conduct shall create and maintain individually identifiable records pertaining to every performer portrayed in such a visual depiction.
Such records shall include the legal name and date of birth of each performer, any name, other than each performer's legal name, ever used by the performer including any maiden name, alias, nickname, stage, pseudonym, or fictitious name used by the performer, and the date of the original production of the visual depiction.
